Description of the book:
Bride Book Synopsis:
A dangerous alliance between a Vampyre bride and an Alpha Werewolf becomes a love deep enough to sink your teeth into in this new paranormal romance.
Misery Lark, the only daughter of the most powerful Vampyre councilman of the Southwest, is an outcast—again. Her days of living in anonymity among the Humans are over: she has been called upon to uphold a historic peacekeeping alliance between the Vampyres and their mortal enemies, the Weres, and she sees little choice but to surrender herself in the exchange—again…
Weres are ruthless and unpredictable, and their Alpha, Lowe Moreland, is no exception. He rules his pack with absolute authority, but not without justice. And, unlike the Vampyre Council, not without feeling. It’s clear from the way he tracks Misery’s every movement that he doesn’t trust her. If only he knew how right he was….
Because Misery has her own reasons to agree to this marriage of convenience, reasons that have nothing to do with politics or alliances, and everything to do with the only thing she’s ever cared about. And she is willing to do whatever it takes to get back what’s hers, even if it means a life alone in Were territory…alone with the wolf.
Bride Book by Ali Hazelwood Short Summary:
In the wake of sidestepping a few endeavors in her life, including slugs, blades, and other deadly weapons coordinated to kill her, Hopelessness passes on to the Vampyre people group to live in the human world with her closest companion, Serena. She finds a new line of work, wears contact focal points to disguise her irises, conceals her teeth, and endeavors to make a tranquil life. In any case, her dad calls her, proposing a marriage among werewolves and vampires to lay out a union during the rule of another human lead representative. Wretchedness is excessively tricky not to take the snare, but rather when she hears the name of the lucky man-to-be, she acknowledges the proposal without requesting subtleties. Is it a personal concession, a martyr complex, or does she have a different plan for her extremely macho husband, who can’t stand her scent?
Misery finds herself in her secluded mansion, surrounded by werewolves who despise her, searching for a reason to end the forced arrangement. If you discount the usual suicide attempts against Misery (she has become accustomed to these life-threatening situations since she was once a forced prisoner for a peace offering, but that’s another story). Just six-year-old Anna, Lowe’s younger sibling, acts well-disposed toward her in spite of her parental figures’ snide remarks about Hopelessness.
He offers her an alliance to solve the mysteries that will ultimately benefit them when he discovers the secret that threatens her unwanted marriage. However, during this extremely risky, wild, full-throttle adventure, their hearts and lives are at stake.
Lowe is in excess of a malicious alpha werewolf veneer. He is trustworthy, empathetic, and considerate, putting everyone’s needs first. He’s the main individual to show the amount he genuinely thinks often about her. Could she learn to trust and let go of her emotional barriers so that he could enter?
Generally speaking, this is a brilliant, riveting, and profoundly engaging peculiar dream sentiment that I completely delighted in. I trust there will be something else to come, as suggested in the epilog. I earnestly praise my #1 hot sentiment creator for drenching me in a professional dreamland, although, honestly, I’m not too fond of werewolves (I was never in Group Jacob).
